Is your life often out of control? You feel like you do not have the reins anymore.

Your life is defined by what others expect or want from you. You keep silent in order to keep peace, but you are struggling and spinning. 

Take charge of your decisions; own them. Begin taking the steps necessary to gain your control so that your life will be yours. People resort to excess, anti-depressants and silence when they are not in charge of their own decisions. There comes a time when you must be strong, decisive and confident. Take the reins. Do what you have to in order to salvage your dignity and your self-esteem.
